Merch is made just for you

Every Boba Shack merch item is printed to order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

Email info@bobashack.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.

Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, please email us right away if you need to cancel. We can only cancel orders that haven't started production.
