👕 Merch is made just for you
Every Boba Shack tee and merch item is printed to order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind — please check the size chart before you order.
📦 Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
Email info@bobashack.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
🏠 Shipping address issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.
